Matilda Wand is the Founder of two successful companies, Freedom is Within, and Coaching Corporate - Global Coaching Collective. She is certified as a Master Practitioner of life and leadership coaching with the core competencies of the International Coaching Federation, and leads a team of expert coaches.

Matilda is accredited at a master level in various coaching modalities, including neuro linguistic programming, multiple brain integration techniques, behavioural analysis, conscious hypnosis, matrix therapy, and timeline therapy.

She has transformed the lives of multi-million-dollar directors, CEOs, entrepreneurs, leaders, psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, all over the world. Matilda also hosts international and national retreats, including walking expeditions, that fully immerse her clients in an integrative coaching experience.

Jules has a tertiary background in Psychology and HR , over 25 years in physical & psychological injury management, workplace wellbeing, and personal leadership coaching. Her lived experience with health and relationships give her a true apprecaition and understanding from someone who's 'been there'.
Jules enjoys using a simple framework to guide you in learning how to recognise what you need, and to implement new healthier habits in a sustainable way. The combination of education and coaching produces excellent outcomes in enabling leaders and individuals to put into practice what they learn.

Ashleigh has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Psychology) and is highly skilled in ADHD Coaching, working alongside teens and in the men's mental health space. She also has a history of working in the disability and family services industry. Her warm but no-nonsense approach yields well with our male clients who propelle themselves towards creating sustainable and long-lasting change through shifting their mindset, subconscious programming and the changing of external behaviours to improve habits and get their lives back. Ashleigh is currently local to Newcastle, NSW, and works remotely of an evening.
